A clear view of the sea is a rarity on this popular stretch of Vietnam’s southeast coast, so making the most of it was key to the design of these three contemporary villas. MM++ architects, a French/Vietnamese practice, used their signature minimalist style to open up the living areas to the tropical breezes and blurred the lines between indoor and outdoor furniture with a tailored selection of pieces by Tribù.
Terrace living is a stylish extension of the villa interiors, with teak-framed Pure Sofas echoing the minimal architecture. Kos Loungers harmonise with the lushly planted grounds.
Strong horizontals and cool, shaded recesses are characteristic of MM++ architects work. The three-bedroom villa and its four-bedroom neighbour feature floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors that open wide to the terrace and garden.
Capturing the sea view, deep-cushioned Pure Sofas flanking the blue-green pool create their own outdoor room – intimate and peaceful.
